Grace Lutheran Primary School is owned and operated by the Lutheran Church of Australia, Queensland District and the Grace Lutheran Church, Redcliffe. It is a benevolent institution, open to persons who support the philosophy of the school, without discrimination as to class, race or belief. The school is governed by a School Council of seven to ten elected members. The Principal is appointed by, and reports to, the School Council. The school began in 1971 at Redeemer Lutheran Church Hall in Woody Point and moved to the present site in 1973. The school now caters for over 400 students from Prep to Year 6.
